unable to connect solution? (error 1002)

hi guys i heard one solution for error 1002 could be running "something" as a "admin"
my questions are:
what does "something" mean?
and what do i have to run as a "admin"? The game BFH or my browser (FireFox)

or do i have to chnge to IE? Could that be a solution

I've tried to add router and firewall ports as well. Didn't work

by something they mean run your browser as administrator
before you open browser right click it then choose run as admin

i know it works with vista and above dosent help with win XP
make shure your internet security isnt blocking this program or maybe a popup blocker/spyware program may be blocking this also

unfortunately it is not the solution, there is no solution, I have been searching for 2 weeks now, EA reps won't even address the issue.
